WATER EXERCISE (BEGINNER)

A training circuit designed to target specific muscle groups in conjunction with a cardio workout. Self paced and appropriate for all levels of fitness. Exercises are sequenced to alternately challenge different muscle groups as well as enhance cardiovascular endurance.
FIRST STEPS TO FITNESS (BEGINNER)
TUESDAY/THURSDAY @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Great for all levels of ability, this class introduces participants to water aerobics. It is a gentle half hour class with basic conditioning movements designed to virtually eliminate impact and joint stress. The focus is on enabling beginners to work on range of motion and flexibility while learning basic exercises such as water walking, bicycling, and cross country skiing. Basic stretches and strength training moves are also introduced.
FLEX & STRETCH (BEGINNER)
MONDAY/WEDNESDAY @ 8:30am - 9:00am
A low impact aerobic workout that emphasizes basic movement and stretching in an aquatic setting. This class is taught exclusively in our warm water pool.
JOINT MOBILITY (BEGINNER)
MONDAY/WEDNESDAY @ 8:30am - 9:00am
A low impact class designed to help relieve minor joint and muscle discomfort and pain. This class is taught exclusively in our warm water pool.
